HOW TO ORDER
Ordering your cake is quick + easy:
1. Choose your sweetness from our drop-down desserts menu. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding a flavor or a cake size - we are here to make your cake dreams a reality!
2. Add your items to the cart. You can view your subtotal in the shopping cart before proceeding to complete payment
3. Once you've verified you have all the sweets you'd like in your cart - as well as add any notes to your order you'd like us to know - click Checkout! We suggest you use your phone number (instead of email) as main form of contact. It's easier to contact you!
4. Choose your form of payment - We accept all major credit cards. There is also a manual payment option called Cash on Delivery (Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp). If you choose that option, once your order is confirmed, we will text you to complete payment. Payment is due at least 72 hours before cake pickup.
Once you've placed your order:
You will receive a text and email from Cakes by Cec within 24 hours to confirm your order (this includes pick-up time, pick-up location, and/or delivery options).
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance from pickup time/date.
(Example: You place an order Tuesday at 10am, the earliest it could be ready for pickup is Thursday 10am. Orders place on a Friday night, would not be ready for pickup until Sunday night).
Order Cancellations:
- If you need to make a change to your order or cancel, this must be done in writing, 72 hours before cake pickup. Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior, are non-refundable.
Cake Pick Ups:
- All pick up are in the South Kendall area (Miami, FL)
Delivery Options:
- Cake deliveries start at $20 depending on location. Please text us for a quote.
